Required Qualifications:

5+ years in business strategy, product marketing, or related fields
Experience in Contact Center, Unified Communications, Telecom, Mobility, AI, and SaaS preferred
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Experience managing outside research vendors is desired
