A company is looking for an Associate Director, Partner Operations who will build and manage relationships with key national health plan clients.



Key Responsibilities:

Strategically position the assigned book of business to achieve relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals
Develop and implement best-in-class presentation strategies and run regular partnership review meetings
Advocate for partner culture, manage contracts, and ensure ongoing contract performance through risk management activities


Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years in client or account management roles preferred
Exceptionally high Emotional Intelligence to connect with diverse constituents
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
