As Customer Service Representative, you will be providing 5-star costumer service with no sales. You will take inbound calls and assist customers sort out their bills and assist them with their inquiries. Responsibilities

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent working knowledge of the company's policies and be able to assist customers with their billing needs. Qualifications

Two years of phone and/or customer service experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards

Good written and verbal communication skills, especially listening and problem solving

Good knowledge of computer systems and multi line telephones
