Key Responsibilities

Handle processing activities related to borrower complaints, including Notices of Error and Requests for Information
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation of loan statuses
Collaborate with various departments to enhance the Complaints management ecosystem and resolve escalated customer issues


Required Qualifications and Experience

2-4 years of experience in Complaint management principles and regulatory requirements
In-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
