Key Responsibilities

Consult with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend relevant metrics
Identify trends and present findings to inform HR policies and initiatives
Support reporting needs by configuring reports and ensuring data accuracy through visualization techniques


Required Qualifications
