Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-7, directing best practices and issue resolution
Provide subject matter expertise in payroll functions and ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with special projects and improve processes for increased efficiency


Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a payroll supervisory or management role
Experience with payroll processing systems, preferably large-scale ERP
Knowledge of file feeds and third-party integrations
PayrollOrg Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
