Job Title:Innovation Leadership Program (iLead) - Phoenix, AZ - Project Portfolio ManagementLocation:Block 23What you'll do:Start Date between June 23, 2025 to July 7, 2025This eighteen-month rotational program is designed to develop capabilities and foster innovation to scale the company to meet its next phase of growth. The program participants will become the trailblazers in their functions, working on projects to shape the future of Western Alliance Bank. Participants will gain high-impact experience, accelerate their careers as innovator leaders, build their professional network and interact closely with senior executives. The Change Management department is responsible for designing and leading the Bank's change management framework across the enterprise to ensure alignment to strategic planning, risk appetite and financial / resourcing capacity. The Change Management organization acts in a trusted advisor role providing business leaders expert guidance in developing sound business cases for projects and stewarding the oversight committees and activities in the approval process. The organization plays a critical role in helping to inform bank executives of the project priorities to support decisions about trade-offs to maximize benefits, opportunities, and risk management for the enterprise.The Rotations for Project Portfolio Management are:Rotation 1: Enterprise Project Portfolio Management is responsible to support the design of the Bank's Enterprise Project Portfolio Management framework across the Enterprise. This group helps ensure alignment to the strategy plan and risk appetite remains within the financial and resourcing capacity of the Bank. This rotation experience will expose the participant to project governance, organizational change management, and financial reporting.Rotation 2: Enterprise Project Management Office is a pool of program and project managers responsible to execute a portfolio of prioritized Enterprise Initiatives. They aid with the inner workings of the strategic plan and support the initiatives to execute those objectives. This rotation experience will expose the participant to project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentations.Rotation 3: Third Party Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Western Alliance Bank's third-party risk management program in compliance with regulatory expectations. This function occasionally supports with event's strategic sourcing; spend analysis, contract management, and supplier management. This rotation experience will expose the participant to data analytics and reporting, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.What you'll need: |
