A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist for a remote contract opportunity.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the order process from entry to cash collection, ensuring compliance with contractual and business requirements
Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order management and oversee order entry processes
Drive continuous process improvements and assist in resolving Accounts Receivable issues related to assigned orders



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 15 years of experience
Experience in project management, customer relations, or order management roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic accounting skills and experience supporting a Sales or Service team
