Job Title:Senior Marketing Associate, Ticket OperationsLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Marketing Associate, Ticket Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our ticket operations, overseeing multiple hospitality assets, and liaising with sponsorship partners and season ticket sporting team management to ensure seamless and successful events. The Senior Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing our guest experience and maintaining strong relationships with our sponsors, senior leaders, and bankers.Event Ticket Management: - Oversee the entire ticketing process for all sporting and entertainment events bank-wide, from invitations and ticket distribution to post-event analysis.
- Maintain a calendar of events, ensuring that all assets are leveraged across business lines.
- Manage ticketing tracking utilizing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Monitor ticket usage and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Develop and execute ticket distribution strategies to maximize ROI and attendance (clients, prospects, and referral sources).
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote optimal ticket usage and ensure successful execution of ticket allotment.Hospitality Asset Management:
- Manage multiple hospitality assets, including VIP lounges, suites, and premium seating areas.
- Support special events as a part of key sports sponsorships.
- Ensure that suites are maintained to the highest standards of quality and service.
- Coordinate with catering and facilities teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Sponsorship and Season Ticket Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the hospitality aspect of sponsorship(s) and season ticket relationships.
- Report to Senior Marketing and CommunicationsGeneral Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event ticketing and hospitality management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ticketing, hospitality, and sponsorship activities.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for sporting tickets, sponsorships and related events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.What you'll need: Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in event ticketing, hospitality management, or sponsorship coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Preferred Qualifications
