Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers to understand their needs and challenges
Lead clients through the execution of plans while monitoring objectives and KPIs
Act as a liaison between product management and customers, communicating effectively about product roadmaps


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management
Insurance agency experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
