Key Responsibilities

Develop project-level recruitment strategy plans in collaboration with the Patient Recruitment Team
Monitor subject enrollment progression and propose improvements in recruitment strategies
Coordinate global advertisement IRB submission and approval processes


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

BA/BS required, preferably in Communications or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
Knowledge of good clinical practice, ICH standards, and applicable regulations
Good knowledge of European regulations/guidelines
