Position: Locum CRNA
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona

Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Perform pre-operative assessments, including reviewing patient histories and developing anesthetic plans.
Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and manage patient recovery during and after procedures.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including surgeons, nurses, and technicians, to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care.
Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient assessments, anesthesia plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
Valid Arizona state license.
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA.
Proficiency in anesthesia procedures and protocols.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
