  Job Details
  • A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Tele nurses for a travel assignment.
  • Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Neuro overflow, CVAs, trauma, general surgery.
    Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.
      Schedule Information
      • Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
        Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: B3A - Cardiopulmonary Telemetry and Neuro - 2 years minimum experience, required.
        • # beds: 26
        • Ratios: 1:3-4
        • Charge Nurse: Yes, no patient assignment.
        • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
        • Scrub Color: Navy.
        • Tele: Centralized tele. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.
        • Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro, CVAs, pulmonary, general Telemetry.
        • EOW, first to float, could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert.
          Additional Details
          • COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D.).
          • Travelers must take and pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (2 max attempts).
