A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Manager to implement provider engagement strategies and improve healthcare outcomes.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement engagement plans for Tier 1 providers to meet quality and risk adjustment goals
Facilitate coaching and collaboration with providers to enhance performance and address practice challenges
Track engagement activities and support training for the Provider Engagement team


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in improving provider quality performance through engagement
Experience with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies
Strong knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices
