A company is looking for an Onboarding Implementation Specialist I to manage day-to-day onboarding processes for New/Reissue Case Implementations.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate communication of plan details from BPO Clients to the Onboarding Teams
Complete and submit New Business Documents to the Shell Build team
Serve as the point of contact for external clients to facilitate new case implementations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role required
1-2 years of experience in Group Health Insurance/Benefits preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required; Access preferred
College degree preferred, but not required
Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred More...
