Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, providing daily support and guidance

Develop and implement client renewal strategies, leading all renewal activities to strengthen client partnerships


Required Qualifications

3-5 years of direct client/account management experience in the healthcare or PBM industries
Ability to interpret current healthcare trends and issues affecting client strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying daily duties
