A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to provide second-tier product support for various technologies.



Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve complex application inquiries/issues while documenting all actions taken
Prepare detailed specifications for escalation items and serve as a subject matter expert for at least two applications
Assist in quality assurance and testing of new functionality, including new product releases and hot fixes


Required Qualifications

4 or more years of applicable work experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
4 years of practical experience in Contracting and/or Materials Management in a hospital environment preferred
