A company is looking for a Product Lead.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers and researchers to define protocol improvements and high-value features
Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and engage with stakeholders to define key tradeoffs in protocol designs
Lead cross-functional projects to design and deliver innovative solutions that support Filecoin's mission



Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in fast-moving tech startups with ownership of projects from design to launch
Technical background, such as a CS degree or relevant engineering experience
Experience leading teams in Web3, open-source, or early-stage tech environments
Understanding of complex software systems and collaboration with engineers and protocol designers
Familiarity with the storage industry and knowledge of the Filecoin ecosystem is a plus More...
