Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic scientific plans for clinical trials and RWE studies
Develop innovative study designs and prepare proposals that communicate scientific value
Build client relationships and provide strategic solutions while mentoring junior team members


Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Ph.D., PharmD, MD) in a relevant scientific field
Extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in Phase II-IV and RWE studies
In-depth knowledge of oncology and rare disease therapeutic areas
Expertise in clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements
