A company is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Scheduling (Temporary).



Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned international or domestic partners, managing communication and fulfillment of content
Coordinate the flow of information related to deal fulfillment, including onboarding, delivery requirements, and post-delivery management
Maintain oversight of priority program requests and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders


Required Qualifications

BA or BS in Media, Communications, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or digital distribution
Knowledge of global broadcast standards and digital media platforms preferred
Familiarity with AirTable and SharePoint is a plus
