Key Responsibilities

Maintain regulatory compliance standards and monitor concept performance in alignment with coding practices
Identify coding discrepancies and collaborate with senior team members to communicate results
Create and maintain reporting tools and performance analytics to enhance department efficiency


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential preferred
Experience in medical billing or coding preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
