Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for VMware customers, focusing on troubleshooting, migrations, and upgrades
Collaborate with customers to design solutions utilizing vSAN, NSX, and TKGS
Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and final recommendations reports for customer improvement


Required Qualifications

Strong experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and related technologies
Hands-on experience with vSAN, NSX, and Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Service (TKGS)
Proven ability to deliver Level 2 support in virtualized environments
Experience in cloud infrastructure and migration projects
