A company is looking for a Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing of the Salesforce Field Service platform and related applications
Track defects and manage issue resolution while providing feedback for system improvements


Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on Salesforce Field Service Cloud or ServiceMax (Asset 360)
Hands-on experience in creating test scripts and performing SIT and UAT
Strong understanding of field service concepts, including asset management and work order management
Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant preferred; other Salesforce certifications are a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous More...
