Key Responsibilities

Review residential appraisal reports for compliance with corporate policies and external regulations
Evaluate the reasonableness of appraisal reports and ensure adherence to appraisal standards
Manage resolution of audit and post-closing findings in a timely manner


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of appraisal review experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
