Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer the learning management system (LMS), ensuring high standards for content management
Oversee system improvements, configuration, and troubleshooting of platform-related issues
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Global Learning & Development priorities and manage cross-functional learning projects



Required Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, computer science, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience administering Workday Learning, including data migration and system implementation
Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time zones
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and similar learning technologies
