Key Responsibilities

Lead the Support team to achieve high customer satisfaction scores by effectively resolving issues
Establish processes and interfaces between Support and other functions to streamline issue resolution
Develop a high-performing support engineering team capable of independently handling sophisticated customer needs


Qualifications

Over 7 years of experience in technical support or services for an enterprise product
More than 4 years of experience managing, hiring, and training Technical Support teams
Experience with Python, SQL, and modern data products
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS or Google Cloud)
