A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate benefit plan explanations and customer service to caregivers and managers
Execute administration and plan design functions for a multi-state, multi-line organization
Participate in benefits projects and assist with the implementation of benefits program changes/design


Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in the development, analysis, and support of benefits programs and processes
Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR related field preferred
Coursework/Training in PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, GBA
1 year of project management or coordination experience
