A company is looking for a Global Tax Operations Lead.



Key Responsibilities

Manage worldwide GAAP tax provision, tax reserves, and related disclosures
Lead compliance for US Federal, US States, and International tax matters, including technical research and process improvement
Develop and implement transfer pricing strategy and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations


Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience with 7+ years leading a corporate tax department in a public technology company
CPA license required; Big 4 experience preferred
Experience with tax accounting for valuation allowances and international tax structuring
Proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced global organization
