Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the vision, strategy, and refinement of product roadmaps within the Human Capital Solutions portfolio
Support all stages of product lifecycle management, including concept, design, specification, launch, and post-launch enhancements
Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and client feedback to recommend adjustments to product strategies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or strategy within Human Capital Solutions or Payroll services
Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing, payroll processes, and compliance regulations
Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing complex vendor relationships
