The Administrative Assistant will coordinate various onboarding processes, including scheduling physicals and drug testing.Responsibilities:

• Ensure drivers complete onboarding activities in a timely manner.
• Answer training-related questions drivers have.
• Track the completion of onboarding tasks.
• Find ways to improve current onboarding processes.
• Work with third-party vendors.
• Learn and uphold Department of Transportation regulations and laws regarding drug and alcohol screening.
• Assist drivers with the completion of onboarding paperwork.Skills and qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
