PerfectVision is looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team. We are looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of delivering consistent results. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing new points of distribution in the subscriber acquisition channel. He or she will work closely with our various interdepartmental teams to achieve success. We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure as well as benefits for the right candidate.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Own new dealer growth and development inclusive of all PerfectVision partner programs including Chuzo.
Develop, maintain, and work leads lists to generate new entrepreneurial prospects to bring into the Business.
Familiarize yourself with all recruiting tactics and strategies to find new subscriber acquisition entrepreneurial Prospects.
Meet or exceed quarterly goals as set by management in all categories including sales and gross profit,etc.
Communicate with prospects about program direction, deliverables, and next steps.
Function as a strategic business partner to grow dealers' business across all programs.
Be a resource for the company on subscriber acquisition.
Work with our internal on-boarding and legal teams on new entrepreneurial prospects.
Assist in special projects as requested from members of leadership.
Lead by example and set a high standard of accountability and integrity.
Identify any concerns and propose solutions.
Efficient organization skills.
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Graduate

Experience

Minimum five years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Minimum five years of outside sales experience with demonstrated ability to increase revenue through business development.
Telecommunications experience required.
Must have a proven track record and experience closing deals.
Experience with distribution, wholesale, major accounts, or national account selling preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, people, phone and computer skills.
Neat and professional appearance and demeanor.

Computer Skills

Working experience using SalesForce.com or similar sales or customer relationship management databases.
Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Microsoft Outlook - Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to messages, attaching computerized files, utilizing calendar and task reminders, viewing several calendars, sharing calendars, creating and sending meeting requests, and creating contact lists.
Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions, importing/exporting documents, and calculating numbers.
Microsoft Word - Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as changing margin settings, page orientation, and paper size, insert headers, footers and non-text objects.
Accurate typing skills, approximately 40 words per minute.

Certificates & Licenses

Valid driver's license with a clean and satisfactory driving record
Valid auto insurance coverage

Other Requirements

Primary language used to perform this job is English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be able and willing to travel overnight 3-4 days each week to locations within the assigned region or other regions as assigned. More...
