Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate outcomes. Qualifications:

• Education: Requires graduation from accredited nursing school.
• Licensure: Current state licensure. Valid driver's license.
• Certifications: CPR certification.
• Preferred Experience: Prefer one year experience in a related field.
