Responsibilities:

--- Confirm cleaning list for each client
--- Clean each and every house on your schedule in the time given so that the client walks in and feels AMAZING
--- Make clients feel valued!!
--- Drive to residences to carry out cleaning services
--- Contribute to hiring, training & checking the work of other Core Values matched cleaners
--- Enjoy & contribute to our amazing community by leading each of the three interviews (1 on 1, group, working)
--- Enjoy & participate in weekly meetings, monthly parties & quarterly reviews
--- Check other cleaners work weekly
--- Make sure you have all of the supplies and equipment you need to complete your outcomes
--- Clean all rags and bring them to weekly meetings

Qualifications:

--- We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
--- Valid driver's license required
--- 1+ year experience as house cleaner preferred, but not required
--- Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required
--- Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques
