Our periodontal practice is seeking an exceptional surgical dental assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. Who We Are We are a periodontal office with locations in Gilroy and Monterey Who We're Looking For A team player who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities

• Sterilizing instruments
• Setting up and breaking down rooms
• Taking X-rays
• Assisting in surgical procedures, exams, consults, and back office tasks
• Helping prepare for lectures and office events
• Some front office assistance when needed
• Back office equipment maintenance and supply inventory
• Comprehension of sterile techniques
• IV sedation experience
• Dental X-Ray certification
• Comply with OSHA and HIPPA regulations
• Computer literate and electronic medical records experience
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Dental experience, 2 years preferred
