We have an exciting opportunity for permanent placement with one of our partner facilities in California.

• Should be flexible to work weekdays, some weekend coverage may be needed Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and education on disease management, nutrition, and exercise.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide pre- and post-procedure care with expertise.
  • Cannulate, initiate and terminate dialysis treatments
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis machine operation, ensuring understanding and confidence in self-care.
  • Coordinate patient care, maintain medical inventory, and ensure accurate documentation, contributing to comprehensive healthcare delivery. Qualifications:
    • Updated Resume
    • Active California RN license
    • CPR or BLS Certification
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Dialysis experience is desirable
    • Minimum 6 months RN experience
