Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical telephonic assessments and consultations for EAP members
Provide management consultation services to various levels of management and HR
Stay updated on legislative issues affecting customers and support EAP department goals


Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of experience in mental health field
Knowledge of confidentiality laws and risk assessment
Clinical skills in assessing mental illness and substance abuse
