This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the day-to-day activities of the leadership team Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: -Provide comprehensive administrative support to Keri, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Office Management: -Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Client Interaction: -Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling viewings, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Event Coordination: -Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and client functions.
- Communication: -Draft and manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
- Project Management: -Support various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Technology Management: -Utilize and manage company's proprietary tools and software to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Team Collaboration: -Work closely with other team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications
- Experience: -Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Skills: -Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Attributes: -A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
