• Excellent pay Our technicians earn $19 per hour during training. After training, with our performance-based pay plan, Zerorez Cleaning Technician earnings average $18-$26 per hour and top carpet cleaning technicians make $30-$40+ per hour!

  • Reliable transportation to get to work and a valid and insurable driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive push/pull movements with heavy extraction equipment and moving/lifting at least 50 lbs.
  • The ability to meet customer needs and wowing them with education on our services and spectacular customer service (do not need to generate own leads).
  • The ability to perform essential job duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of both residential homes and commercial office environments.
  • A desire to be the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, rugs, and other surfaces.
  • The ability to communicate well in English (both verbally and in writing).
