Key Responsibilities

Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations for the effective use of pharmaceuticals in patient care
Approve, process, and validate medication orders, ensuring safe and effective drug therapy
Document clinical interventions and facilitate the dissemination of drug information


Required Qualifications

Indiana Pharmacist License required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; Pharm D preferred
One year of hospital experience preferred
Experience with MEDITECH and Vigilance preferred
