Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy for lifecycle programs involving a mix of push, in-app, email, and SMS to improve client quality
Build and support a team of lifecycle marketers

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in developing complex lifecycle/CRM programs
Strong leadership presence and ability to earn trust with stakeholders
Expertise in marketing automation/CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to identify emerging opportunities
