Job SummaryIdentify and nurture high-value opportunities to secure service agreements and large-scale projects. Build strong, lasting relationships to drive sustainable growth and expand the client portfolio. The Account Executive maintains a consistent pipeline of deals and prospects, ensuring smooth handovers to the Account Management team. Responsibilities: - Develop new business with a focus on building long-term relationships that provide value to our customers.
- Generate and qualify leads to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals.
- Negotiate scopes of work and terms to provide elite value to our customers.
- Close deals, secure new business, and facilitate a seamless handoff to the Account Manager and other key team members to ensure best-in-class service.
- Advocate for our company culture and showcase it to our customers.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- Senior-level sales experience
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting.
- Excellent knowledge of CRMs and other sales software; must be tech-savvy.
- Superior communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to personal growth and development.
- Alignment with our Core Values and Core Purpose.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
