Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master)Important: This is a hybrid-role working at least 2 days per week in the San Diego, CA office.How You'll Make an ImpactEpsilon is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our strong and steady Project Management team supporting our Automotive channel. You will bring previous experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive revenue growth and increased effectiveness in the value and quality of the software we create. - Work together to win together: The Technical Project Manager will report to the Manager, Project Management. You will work across the Automotive Delivery team to foster a continuous improvement mindset including proposing and facilitating changes to help improve the use of agile methodologies to deliver software enhancements to our customers.
- Innovate with purpose: As part of the technical project management team, you will work with team members in the development, product, QA, IT, and other downstream systems to align schedules and tasks, improve communications, identify and remove impediments, and manage risks. You will report into PMO and have functions, such as but not limited to Portfolio Management, tools management, process documentation, project metrics, and reporting.What You'll Achieve

- What you'll bring with you:
- Must be able to support product, development, and quality teams with iteration planning, story breakdown, and breakdown activities.
- Must be able to manage and configure tools to support the development work items and processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for their respective Scrum team(s) and participate in key scaled agile ceremonies, such as Scrum of Scrums, Quarterly Forecasting, and Monthly Planning with all Scrum teams.
- Manage projects in ADO and Confluence; providing software training to team members as needed.
- Ability to coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict.
- Initiative: Advocating for process changes and experiments to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Problem Solving: Implementing best practices for predictable release planning, including workload capacity, and distribution planning.
- Collaboration: Communicating release schedules and timelines to other departments.
- Organization: Calculating and tracking team productivity (velocity), to help determine and manage release timelines.
- Above all else, foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun.
