Key Responsibilities

Research and investigate allegations of agent misconduct and assign corrective actions
Provide auditing and monitoring activities to improve agent performance

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance role
1+ years of experience in understanding complex member allegations
1+ years of experience presenting to leadership
Knowledge of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS
