Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor the Quote to Cash team
Manage invoicing requirements and ensure successful billing output to customers worldwide
Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in quote-to-cash processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
At least 5+ years of related Order Management experience in a software or technology company
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
