Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of general liability and employment issues.2. Represent the company in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.6. Coordinate with external counsel as necessary to manage complex legal issues.7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the company's operations.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.9. Provide training and guidance to company employees on legal matters related to their job functions.10. Participate in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice law in the state.3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney or General Liability Attorney.4. Proven experience in labor and employment defense.5. Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.6. Strong litigation experience with exceptional negotiation skills.7. Excellent legal research and writing skills.8. High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.9. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.11. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.12.
