A company is looking for a Finance Assistant to support the financial department with daily accounting tasks and financial record management.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets with daily transactions
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
Record accounts payable and receivable, following up with clients and suppliers as needed


Required Qualifications

Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Flexibility to learn new processes and systems
A BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
