Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requests and create documents and forms
Develop and configure customer documents, automate workflows, and ensure integration with software
Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing document creation and management tools


Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including report creation and forms development
Solid knowledge of data sources and database concepts
Experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Exposure to functions, parameters, XML, XSLT is a plus
