Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on marketing initiatives, creative services, and talent engagements
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to marketing, consulting, and talent services
Support the evolution of contract processes and policies to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

JD required; licensed to practice law in the US with 7+ years of experience
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, particularly in marketing and advertising
In-house experience preferred, especially in retail or consumer products
Experience working in digital media is a plus
