Nimble is looking for a motivated and experienced customer success lead for their growing Client Partner team, a team managing active Nimble accounts with a growth objective. In this player-coach role, you will be guiding and mentoring one of Nimble's Client Partner teams, developing internal pipeline/account management processes, and training your team to best practices for maintaining and growing our number and performance of Nimble partner pharmacies. A person that will succeed in this role is someone who has a high level of ownership, has experience in account management/selling B2B technology, and leading a team that does so. You will: - Effectively manage a book of business while also mentoring and leading one of Nimble's teams of Client Partners, a team focused on retaining and growing active Nimble accounts.
- Develop internal pipeline and account management processes to further develop the team.
- Develop a system of best practices for the team that drives account retention, improved performance, and account growth.
- Interact and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to help drive new product rollouts/new pharmacy related initiatives.
What you bring: - 2-3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or a Sales/Account Management hybrid role.
- 1-3 years of experience managing a Sales, Account Management, or a Sales/Account Management hybrid team.
- A high level of ownership and attention to new opportunities to grow our base of Nimble partnership pharmacies (both in pharmacy count or overall performance).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Organized self-starter who pays close attention to details.
- Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures.
