You're excited to join a team of other BCBAs who want to support you on your path to becoming a clinician. You enjoy meeting new families and helping them in their ABA journey. You love collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members. Training is fun and you enjoy using your skills to train your peers, therapists, and families effectively. You want to apply your behavior-analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs. You are driven, self-motivated, excel at managing your time, and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.ABOUT USOur job is to empower you to be excellent at your job.
